About Us

A boutique venue, built around you

Pardon My Events is a boutique venue located less than 5 minutes from JEB Little Creek, and 20 minutes from Naval Station Norfolk, with customizable package choices that include venue, entertainment, and décor.

We're available for bookings 7 days a week, with ample on-site parking and a convenient ground-level location.

Our venue offers 2,400 sq. ft. of flexible space, accommodating up to 90 guests. Clients are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, and music — or choose from our curated list of trusted vendors to elevate their event experience.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?

You are welcome to use any caterer of your choice, or provide your own food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks. Pardon My Events does not serve or sell food or alcohol. If alcohol will be served at your event, it must be handled by a licensed bartender. We can recommend a licensed bartender for your convenience, or you may hire your own with prior approval from the venue.

What is the max guest capacity?

Pardon My Events offers 2,400 square feet of versatile event space, accommodating up to 90 seated guests. We provide tables and chairs for gatherings ranging from 25 to 90 attendees. For more intimate occasions, the venue can be thoughtfully divided to create an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere.

Do I have to clean up the venue after my event?

Relax and enjoy your celebration — the purchase of a package includes full venue cleaning and trash removal after your event. To keep the space ready for the next guest, we simply ask that you complete the Facility Exit Checklist (included in your contract). This means removing any food, beverages, décor, and personal items you brought in before leaving. Venue-only purchases do not include cleaning services.

Is parking available for guests?

We offer plenty of secure, easily accessible parking to accommodate all your guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure for your event.

How far in advance should we book the venue?

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. However, we do accept bookings up to a few weeks in advance, depending on the date and event type. Please contact us to check availability.

Can I make changes to my package after booking?

To help us deliver the best experience, package downgrades are not allowed within 90 days of your event. However, you're always welcome to upgrade or add services (based on availability), with payment due before your event date. For seamless planning and flawless execution, we kindly ask that no changes to event details — such as guest count, décor, theme, layout, or programming — be made within 14 days of your event.
